RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely confident in your silqoraco® silhouette. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Hygiene & Condition Requirements (Important) Because silqoraco specializes in premium shapewear and intimate apparel, strict hygiene standards apply. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.

In their original condition with all tags attached.

Returned in their original silqoraco packaging. (Note: If an item is returned showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or missing tags, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the item will be sent back to you.)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on your package. To start a return, simply contact our dedicated team at xiarumerimero@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the authorized return address and step-by-step instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

For regular returns/exchanges (e.g., wrong size ordered): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For defective or incorrect items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, silqoraco will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please email us with a photo/video of the defect, and we will make it right immediately.
Order Changes & Cancellations We process orders quickly to get your shapewear to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately. We can cancel your order for a full 100% refund as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled, but you can still return it under our 30-Day policy.
Refund Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
